Carmen joined FSA in July 2016 as the Firm's Office Manager. Carmen brings 16 years of experience supporting senior executive staff. Her high-level organizational and administrative experience has provided the Pensacola office with operations, business development, and logistical support. Throughout all tasks, Carmen is a creative thinker and a strong problem solver with exceptional project management skills.
Prior to FSA, Carmen worked as the Fellowship Manager at the Andrews Research & Education Foundation in Gulf Breeze, Florida with oversight of three physician fellowship training programs. Carmen has held positions in support of executive management for Studer Group, the Pensacola News Journal, and Exxon Mobil Chemical, She holds certifications in multiple Behavior Based Interviewing methods, Grant Proposal Writing, Total Safety Culture, and is fluent in Spanish.
Carmen is married with 3 children and 3 grandchildren. She volunteers weekly as a Reading Pal with ECARE (Every Child a Reader in Escambia) and is mentoring a child whose first language is Spanish.
