FSA INVESTMENT GROUP ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF DR. BELINDA MILLER TO DIRECTOR OF TRIBAL INVESTMENTS
Pensacola, FL – October 25, 2024 – FSA Investment Group, a leading provider of investment management services to Indian Country, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Belinda Miller to Director of Tribal Investments. In her new role, Dr. Miller will be responsible for deepening and strengthening relationships within Indian Country while leading the firm’s financial literacy and investment education to minors and tribal members.
“As the Director of Tribal Investments at FS Advisors, it is my mission to empower the Native community to grow sustainable economies and generational wealth,” said Dr. Miller. “I am dedicated to breaking down the barriers we face and reducing the stereotypes surrounding our culture and our community while increasing the potential of our youth and the longevity of our people.”
Dr. Belinda Miller is an enrolled member of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma. Prior to joining FSA-IG, she served as a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones and a professor at the Louisiana State University-Alexandria College of Business. Dr. Miller brings more than 10 years of business consulting and client relations experience to her role at FSA-IG.
Dr. Belinda Miller received her Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University, specializing in Social Impact Management. Prior to her doctoral studies, she earned a Master's in Business Administration from Brenau University and a Bachelor's in Applied Science in International Business from St. Petersburg College.
In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Miller was recognized as a "Top 40 Under 40 Native American Professional" in 2018 by the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development. She has also obtained several advanced financial certifications, including Certified Retirement Planning Specialist (CRPS), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), and Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®).
